Rules for Submissions for News and Events

Now that we have the ability to update our news as often as we’d like, we welcome your submissions.  If you would like your news, event, continuing education opportunity, job posting, job wanted, etc. to be in our news section please follow this format:

- plain text not bolded or italicized (word document or in the body of the email)

- suitable for publishing without editing

- include any links to websites and email addresses in the text

- pdf’s that you would like to include, along with the title of the pdf and where you would like the link to the pdf to be included in the text

- a photo would be great, but please limit this to one photo only

Remember, we are an all-volunteer organization, so please make this easy for us to include.  Our goal is to send a newsletter to our members twice a month, at the middle and end of the month.  Please bear in mind that your submissions may not go out immediately.
