NMHPA Conference
The 2010 NMHPA annual, statewide preservation conference will be held this year in Albuquerque at the Radisson Hotel, March 31 – April 3, 2010. Tom Chavez, our immediate past president and this year’s conference manager, has put together a terrific program highlighting New Mexico’s unique cultural heritage, the theme of this years conference, entitled “The Value of Preservation: Sustaining Evidence of Cultural Inclusivity.”
Conference Agenda
Opening with a Puppeteering Workshop and Opening Night Reception, the conference will include an Awards luncheon, a Keynote Banquet, annual membership meeting, a choice of downtown excursions, and more than a dozen educational sessions highlighting preservation activities around the state.

We urge you to register early for substantial savings and for even greater savings, consider renewing your membership for 2010–all memberships were renewable January 1, 2010. And if you haven’t joined the Alliance yet, what better way to experience first-hand, the benefits and opportunities of “buying-in” to this organization and its mission as it celebrates its 15th anniversary!
