			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>The City is interested in getting feedback on the process used to create the draft revision of the Escarpment Overlay District Map and on conceptual changes to the Escarpment Overlay District ordinance. The City is seeking input this fall, prior to taking the changes through the formal public hearing process. The formal public hearing process will include the Planning Commission, City Council Committees and City Council.</p>
<p>Please join City staff and the Escarpment Working Group at one of the following informal community input sessions.  All four informal community input sessions will have the same presentation information and opportunity to provide input. Please join us at one of the following;</p>
<p>Tuesday, November 16th from 6 to 8pm hosted by the Old Santa Fe Association at Frenchy’s Field Barn, parking at the corner of Osage and Agua Fria</p>
<p>Wednesday, November 17th from 12 to 2pm hosted by the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® at 510 North Guadalupe, Suite #E</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>The City of Santa Fe is in the process of adopting a green commercial code. Under the direction of Katherine Mortimer and Richard Macpherson a committee has been meeting for several months. The first decision was to base the City’s new code on the IGCC. Since then we have been going over the code chapter by chapter reviewing applicability and potential local modifications. Scheduled September meetings are the 2nd and 16th, at noon, at Lloyd &#038; Associates, 501 Halona Street.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>All building professionals involved in commercial buildings are invited to participate in the creation of a Commercial Green Building Code for the City of Santa Fe.  Meetings will normally be held on first and third Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Sarcon Construction’s new location at 2044 Galisteo Street (south of St. Michaels).  However, due to a scheduling conflict, the meeting this week will be held at the same time on Friday January 8th.<span id="more-390"></span>Participants may either bring their own lunch or may pitch in for pizza that we will order if you let Richard Macpherson (<a href="mailto:rjmacpherson@santafenm.gov">rjmacpherson@santafenm.gov</a> or 955-6609) know by Friday morning at 10 a.m.<br />
