Our Santa Fe Studio specializes in designing culturally-responsive and socially-impactful places that reflect the unique context and heritage of the region. Our thirteen-person team brings decades of experience working in the area and a deep understanding of the cultural and ecological heritage of the North American West. We work with communities to design and develop housing, healthcare and educational facilities, community centers, and spaces that preserve and uplift public memory. Additionally, our studio is home to the Sustainable Native Communities Design Lab (SNCDL), which focuses on building wealth, opportunity, and resilience in Indian Country. 

 

Our office and firm are excited to be growing the field of architecture with individuals representing diverse backgrounds and ranges of experiences. Interior Designer/Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer/Project Manager at Annie O'Carroll Interior Design, located in Santa Fe, NM.

 

The Interior Designer/Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple design projects from start to finish, ensuring that every project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

 

The Interior Designer/Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.

​

QUALIFICATIONS

  1.  Experience in interior design and project management

  2.  Working knowledge in CAD and Sketch-up

  3.  Experience with Design Manager preferable

  4.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  5.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  6.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  7.  Experience working with contractors and vendors

  8.  Knowledge of construction

  9.  Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  10. Strong problem-solving skills
