Established Santa Fe Architecture office seeks full-time Office Manager to assist architect and senior staff with project management and coordination of projects with office duties. This position will maintain client relations, handle all information requests, and assist in preparing documents, contracts, submittals and permitting. Day-to-day tasks will include payroll, invoicing, records & database maintenance, and all office communication.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience. Strong oral and written skills are required.
Must have a high level of focus and attention to detail and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), social media and AutoCAD are a plus. Must have a great personality, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
(Schedule and hours can be discussed and set on mutual agreement between Architect and Position)
Location: Santa Fe
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
